Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") is between you and Adefolajuwon Amoo developer of MoNeedTaxi!, and governs use of this app made available through the on-line store from which it was downloaded. By installing the MoNeedTaxi! App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and understand that there is no tolerance for objectionable content. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are not entitled to use the MoNeedTaxi! App. In order to ensure MoNeedTaxi! provides the best experience possible for everyone, we strongly enforce a no tolerance policy for objectionable content. If you see inappropriate content, please use the "Report Abuse" feature found on the website.

1. Parties
This Agreement is between you and MoNeedTaxi! only, and not the on-line store from which you downloaded it. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge that the on-line store and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement and have the right to enforce this Agreement against you. MoNeedTaxi! not the on-line store, is solely responsible for the MoNeedTaxi! App and its content.

2. Good Behaviour Bond
Users of MoNeedTaxi! agree to be of the best possible behaviour to persons they are serving and people serving them. Users also commit to abiding by all relevant and extant laws governing their activities in their countries. MoNeedTaxi! retains the right to close any account found to be used for crime, breaking the law or disrespecting the rights of others. MoNeedTaxi! may further prevent operators of accounts closed on those grounds from opening new ones or close any new or other existing accounts found to may have been open after the fact by the operators of the original offending account.

3. Privacy
MoNeedTaxi! may collect and use information about your usage of the MoNeedTaxi! App, including certain types of information from and about your device. MoNeedTaxi! may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to measure the use and performance of the MoNeedTaxi! App. In the event of demand by legitimate court order for user details associated with a previous or on-going crime associated with a user account, MoNeedTaxi! may at its discretion make that information available in response to the court orders.

4. Limited License
MoNeedTaxi! grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license, without right to sub-license use of the MoNeedTaxi! App for your personal or fleet use. You may only use the MoNeedTaxi! App on a single device that you own on a basis of one device at a time. This license does not grant access to or use of aggregated data beyond the primary functionality to advertise, find and contact driver operated transport for operated by yourself, your fleet or for personal engagement.

5. Age Restrictions
By using the MoNeedTaxi! App, you represent and warrant that (a) you are 18 years of age or older and you agree to be bound by this Agreement; (b) if you are under 18 years of age, you have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian; and (c) your use of the MoNeedTaxi! App does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your access to the MoNeedTaxi! App may be terminated without warning if MoNeedTaxi! believes, in its sole discretion, that you are under the age of 18 years and have not obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you provide your consent to your child's use of the MoNeedTaxi! App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in respect to your child's use of the MoNeedTaxi! App.

6. Objectionable Content Policy
Content may be submitted to MoNeedTaxi!, who may moderate all content and ultimately decide whether or not to post a submission to the extent such content includes, is in conjunction with, or alongside any, Objectionable Content. Objectionable Content includes, but is not limited to: (i) sexually explicit materials; (ii) obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, violent and/or unlawful content or profanity; (iii) content that infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary right, or that is deceptive or fraudulent; (iv) content that promotes the use or sale of illegal or regulated substances, tobacco products, ammunition and/or firearms; and (v) gambling, including without limitation, any online casino, sports books, bingo or poker.

7. Warranty
MoNeedTaxi! disclaims all warranties about the MoNeedTaxi! App to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent any warranty exists under law that cannot be disclaimed, MoNeedTaxi!, shall be solely responsible for such warranty.

8. Maintenance and Support
MoNeedTaxi! does provide minimal maintenance or support for it but not to the extent that any maintenance or support is required by applicable law.

9. Product Claims
MoNeedTaxi!, is responsible for addressing any claims by you relating to the MoNeedTaxi! App or use of it, including, but not limited to: (i) any product liability claim; (ii) any claim that the MoNeedTaxi! App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) any claim arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed an admission that you may have such claims.

10. Third Party Intellectual Property Claims
MoNeedTaxi! shall not be obligated to indemnify or defend you with respect to any third party claim arising out or relating to the MoNeedTaxi! App. To the extent MoNeedTaxi! is required to provide indemnification by applicable law, MoNeedTaxi!, shall be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any claim that the MoNeedTaxi! App or your use of it infringes any third party intellectual property right.

11. Liability
Drivers and Fleet Owners using MoNeedTaxi! are not employees of MoNeedTaxi! or Adefolajuwon Amoo. All drivers, fleet owners and passengers therefore, are fully responsible for their actions before, during and after the use of MoNeedTaxi!. All users fully indemnify MoNeedTaxi! and Adefolajuwon Amoo of any responsibility for any responsibilities or liabilities arising from their use of, accessing transport providers on MoNeedTaxi! and providing transport services to passengers on MoNeedTaxi!. Users are advised that these Terms and Conditions will be updated from time to time and it is accessible on the relevant portion of the MoNeedTaxi! Website.
